As a Business Analyst in our firm, you will work to help our clients in their efforts to solve challenging issues. We have a fast paced, fun, and dynamic culture. With our business analysts, we seek to help you develop a broad set of skills to help discover and excel in delivering excellent results to our healthcare clients. Our business analysts have a unique opportunity to engage directly with our clients, participate in creating solutions, and build relationships with healthcare executives.

The members of our firm are energetic, enthusiastic, and involved. From leading internal initiatives, to becoming involved with local volunteer organizations, our team is constantly pushing themselves to learn and grow.
Our goal is to develop each Business Analyst in our firm into a trained healthcare consultant and foster the creation of an experienced business leader of tomorrow. 
We are seeking exceptional candidates who are seniors at a select number of colleges and universities or recent graduates looking for management consulting opportunities focused on healthcare. Candidates from all academic majors are encouraged to apply.

To qualify for our Business Analyst program, you should possess the following:

• Undergraduate degree
• Strong academic performance: 3.5 cumulative GPA (minimum) strongly preferred
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
• Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
• Willingness to travel (required)
